The Glorious Mudsingers, Heaven Bent and OneVoice Choirs sing to support Christchurch Earthquake Relief Fund
On Saturday, July 14, noted Australian gospel choir “The Glorious Mudsingers” will join forces with Auckland’s “Heaven Bent” and “OneVoice” choirs in a charity concert to raise money for Christchurch. This will be a rousing evening of Gospel and World Music; don’t miss it! Come along with friends and family to support this great cause and show our Southern friends we haven’t forgotten them. Entry by donation. All contributions will be forwarded to the Christchurch Earthquake Relief Fund.

What began at a Tony Backhouse workshop 15 years ago in Auckland became Heaven Bent Gospel Choir. Last November, Tony returned to sing lead vocals at the choir’s end of year concert at Devonport. In the photo above Tony cuts a cake made specially for the occasion and featuring the choir’s new logo.
